Palate: (yes, doing this neat)
- Front: Sweet honey notes on the front.
- Mid: Lime and ginger come in on the mid-palate.
- Finish: The honey and lime hang on through a fairly long finish.
Mouthfeel: Very lightly creamy from start to finish.
Does it fit my palate? Surprisingly, yes, as I am not a fan of flavored whiskey. As a neat pour, this is nice. It will be great for the summer over ice with a splash of soda!
